Diletta Lucrezi (Diluce)
Monte San Giusto, IT

Diletta Lucrezi, known as Diluce, is a self-taught artist from Monte San Giusto, Italy. She received her first guidance from her mother, a former student of Giuseppe Capogrossi. Her painting practice explores interiority as a space of research, healing, and truth, where individual experience and collective dynamics intertwine. A diagnosis of fibromyalgia marked a turning point that gave rise to this expressive urgency. Her work begins with urban visions suspended between dream and memory, representing a first form of introspection and an attempt to reconnect with the oldest part of herself, shaped in the metropolis. The evolution toward an abstract and material language deepens contact with invisible tensions, inner conflicts, and emotional layers. Lucrezi works primarily with acrylics and texture pastes. She lives and works in Italy.
